Our alpine king salmon comes from the cool, clean waters of New Zealand’s Southern Alps. Thanks to the remote, untouched location and swift flowing current (which ensures the salmon are lean and healthy), the fish can be raised in
a completely natural way. As well as being rich in omega-3 fatty acids – essential for good
health – salmon is also believed to help with brain function. Oh, and it’s truly delicious too.
Grill until the skin is crisp then serve with a creamy kale and coconut dal.
