Give the classic prawn sandwich an easy makeover by adding white crab meat, crème fraîche, lime and avocado, and update a cucumber gazpacho by serving it with chilli-salted prawns. Tiger prawns are delicious tossed with sumac, garlic and lemon then barbecued, while seared prawns with ginger sugar snap pea salad tastes as gorgeous as it looks and is healthy, too.
