Brie, Blackberry and Dark Chocolate Tart

Whether you're making this as a weekday family treat, or a dessert for weekend guests, this scrumptious tart is sure to impress. It's quick and easy to make, too!

1 pre-rolled puff pastry sheet
1 spinneysFOOD Free Range Organic Egg
3 tbsp white sugar 
1 cup blackberries
5-6 slices of brie 
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 40g dark chocolate bar, shaved  

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. 2 Brush the pastry with the egg wash and sprinkle with a generous amount of the white sugar. 3 Bake for 15 minutes until slightly cooked. 4 Cut the blackberries in half, remove the pastry from the oven and arrange the berries and brie slices over the pastry. 5 Bake for a further 10 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the brie has melted slightly. 6 Remove from the oven, dust over the icing sugar and sprinkle with the chocolate shavings.
