However you plan to mark Valentine’s Day, I promise there’s a place for a piece of Neufchâtel cheese; not only is it deliciously creamy, it’s heart-shaped too. Served with crusty bread it’s a treat, but if you’re looking to go the extra mile I recommend pairing with our chocolate, cherry and sea salt biscotti.

In the spirit of trying to keep healthy resolutions going, I’ve been drinking plenty of fresh juices. When I have no time to blend my own, I pick up one of Sommer Naturals’ juices instead. The apple, carrot, pineapple and ginger variety is my favourite.
