BBQ chicken wings with corn and coleslaw
Brush spinneysFOOD Chicken Wings with Steers Barbeque Sauce. Cook for 40 minutes, turning halfway, in an oven preheated to 180°C, gas mark 4. Boil spinneysFOOD Sweetcorn for 6 minutes, drain then pat dry. Griddle for 8-10 minutes and serve with the wings and coleslaw from the deli.
Stuffed baked potatoes
Rub 4 spinneysFOOD Baking & Mashing Potatoes with oil, season all over and prick with a fork. Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 200°C, gas mark 6. Split open and fill with spinneysFOOD Sun-dried Tomatoes, wilted spinneysFOOD Baby Spinach and crumbled Dodoni Feta.
Cook Passion Pasta Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli for 30 seconds less than instructed. Drain. Tip one-third into an ovenproof dish, top with one-third of spinneysFOOD White Lasagne Sauce and spinneysFOOD Red Lasagne Sauce and a few basil leaves. Repeat the layers twice, finishing with a final layer of ravioli and basil. Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C, gas mark 4.
Baked fish with tomato, olives and capers
Arrange Delsea Cream Dori Fillets on a tray. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for 6 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C, gas mark 4. Spoon over spinneysFOOD Arrabbiata Sauce and 2 tbsp each Waitrose Olives and Waitrose Capers. Cook for 8 minutes more.
Gnocchi and broccoli bake
Boil Rana Gnocchi and Verdimed Broccoli Florets for 2 minutes. Drain well. Set a frying pan with 1 tbsp butter over a high heat, add the gnocchi and cook for 3-4 minutes. Tip into a baking tray with the broccoli. Spoon over spinneysFOOD Cheese Alfredo Sauce and top with Jansal Valley Sliced Almonds. Grill for 5-6 minutes.
