THREE-STEP APPLE TART FLOWERS

Cute to the core

There's something magical about these three-ingredient, three-step apple tart roses:

1. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with shortcrust pastry and bake blind in the oven at 180°C, gas mark 4 for 25 minutes

2. Cool, fill with custard (we like Pauls Double Thick Vanilla Custard)

3. Arrange slices of Granny Smith apple on top to create rose shapes.
