SIMPLY SWEET ORANGE BLOSSOM SYLLABUB

A floral finale that’s made in minutes

This creamy syllabub is almost effortless to make, yet looks gorgeous – particularly when presented in ornate glasses. Whip 280ml double cream and 110ml SpinneysFood Sparkling White or Red Grape Juice with 50g caster sugar to soft peaks. Gently fold in the zest of 1 orange and 1 tbsp orange blossom water, or to taste. Spoon into pretty glasses and top with chopped pistachios and extra orange zest to serve.
