A BRIGHT START WITH CHIA POTS

Wake up to a dose of chia perfection

Make chia pots by:

1. Blitzing 250g blueberries, 125g raspberries, 120ml coconut water, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp coconut and the zest and juice ½ lime.

2. Add 5 tbsp chia seeds and stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.

3. Chill overnight and top with fruit to serve.
