- 4 grapefruit
- 750ml Bottlegreen Sparkling Ginger and Lemongrass Pressé
- Slice 1 grapefruit into thin rounds and put into an ice-filled jug. Squeeze the juice from the remaining grapefruit (you should have about 750ml) and pour over the ice.
- Top up with the the sparkling ginger water, taste and adjust the flavours if needed, then muddle to serve.
