Sparkling grapefruit and ginger juice

Makes: 1.5 litres Prepare & Cook:


  • 4 grapefruit
  • 750ml Bottlegreen Sparkling Ginger and Lemongrass Pressé


  1. Slice 1 grapefruit into thin rounds and put into an ice-filled jug. Squeeze the juice from the remaining grapefruit (you should have about 750ml) and pour over the ice.
  2. Top up with the the sparkling ginger water, taste and adjust the flavours if needed, then muddle to serve.
