Pulled chicken wraps with coffee barbecue sauce and Mexican sweetcorn salad

Serves: 2 Prepare & Cook:


  • 1 tsp spinneysFOOD Coffee Granules
  • 4 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, from the deli, meat shredded
  • 2 spinneysFOOD Plain Wraps
  • ½ romaine lettuce head, shredded
  • 150g Mexican sweetcorn salad, from the deli


  1. Put the coffee granules in a large bowl. Pour in 1 tbsp boiling water, stir to dissolve then mix in the barbecue sauce. Add the rotisserie chicken, turn to coat then set aside.
  2. Set a griddle pan over a medium heat. One at a time, lightly char the wraps on both sides.
  3. Divide the lettuce and sweetcorn salad between the wraps. Top with the chicken and roll up to serve.

Top Tip

Pick up a rotisserie chicken and you can have a meal on the table in minutes.
