Generously butter one side of the bread slices. Set a griddle pan over a medium-low heat and add two slices buttered-side down. Top with the chutney and the peach slices. Sprinkle over the cheddar then arrange the remaining bread on top, buttered-side up.
Cook the toasties for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden and cheese melted. Slice to serve.
