Peach and onion chutney grilled cheese toasties

Serves: 1 Prepare & Cook:


  • butter, for spreading
  • 4 slices country bread
  • 2 tbsp onion and garlic chutney
  • 1 peach, halved, stoned and sliced
  • 100g spinneysFOOD Grated Cheddar


  1. Generously butter one side of the bread slices. Set a griddle pan over a medium-low heat and add two slices buttered-side down. Top with the chutney and the peach slices. Sprinkle over the cheddar then arrange the remaining bread on top, buttered-side up.
  2. Cook the toasties for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden and cheese melted. Slice to serve.
