  • ½ wholemeal baguette, from the bakery, halved lengthways
  • 2 tsp English mustard
  • 3 smoked beef slices, from the deli, halved
  • 100g sliced emmental, from the deli, cut into triangles
  • 1 gherkin, finely chopped
  • handful spinneysFOOD Salad Leaves, to serve


  1. Spread the baguette halves with the mustard. Top with the smoked beef, emmental, gherkin and salad leaves.
