- ½ wholemeal baguette, from the bakery, halved lengthways
- 2 tsp English mustard
- 3 smoked beef slices, from the deli, halved
- 100g sliced emmental, from the deli, cut into triangles
- 1 gherkin, finely chopped
- handful spinneysFOOD Salad Leaves, to serve
- Spread the baguette halves with the mustard. Top with the smoked beef, emmental, gherkin and salad leaves.
