Melon, orange and blueberry bowl

Serves: 4 Prepare & Cook:


  • 1 rock melon
  • 200g blueberries
  • zest of 1 orange, plus 2 oranges, segmented


  1. Halve the rock melon and scoop out the seeds. Cut one half into 1cm-thick slices and, using festive cookie cutters, stamp out star shapes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melon stars with the blueberries, orange segments and zest.
  3. Pile the fruit into the remaining melon half and serve with wooden picks, if you like.
