- 1 rock melon
- 200g blueberries
- zest of 1 orange, plus 2 oranges, segmented
- Halve the rock melon and scoop out the seeds. Cut one half into 1cm-thick slices and, using festive cookie cutters, stamp out star shapes.
- In a bowl, combine the melon stars with the blueberries, orange segments and zest.
- Pile the fruit into the remaining melon half and serve with wooden picks, if you like.
