Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Line a roasting tray with baking paper. Put the garlic, soy sauce, honey and half the sesame seeds in a bowl then whisk to combine.
Transfer the salmon to the roasting tray, brush with half the soy mixture and roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently dab with the remaining mixture. Roast for a further 10 minutes until cooked through. Cover and keep warm.
When the salmon’s cooked, set a frying pan with the sunflower oil over a medium-high heat. Add the vegetables and remaining sesame seeds and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the sesame oil and red chilli and toss to coat.
Divide about 300g salmon between two plates and serve with the vegetables.
