Apple, cinnamon and ginger iced tea

Serves: 8 Prepare & Cook:


  • 1 litre ginger ale
  • 250ml chilled strong rooibos tea
  • 175ml apple juice
  • 2 spinneysFOOD Cinnamon Sticks
  • 10 thin slices ginger
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced


  1. In a large serving jug or bowl, stir together the ginger ale, tea and apple juice.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks, ginger and apple slices and top up with ice cubes.
  3. Keep in the fridge until guests arrive.
