1. Simple granola breakfast bowl
Spoon your favourite yogurt into a bowl, top with fresh orange slices and fig quarters then scatter over granola and drizzle with some runny honey.
2. Easy granola flapjacks
Melt 120g each butter, golden syrup and brown sugar. Stir in 250g granola, 4 tbsp plain flour and a pinch of salt. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
3. Goats’ cheese, fig and granola salad
Layer spinach, chunks of goats’ cheese and torn figs on a plate. Scatter over granola and drizzle with olive oil.
