TO MAKE AT HOME:
1. Summer fruit and cardamom cream pot
Crush meringue shells into a small pot then layer over the fruit. Lightly whip cream with a pinch of ground cardamom and sugar and spoon over the fruit. Dust with a little cardamom to serve.
2. Summer fruit and sorbet bowl
Arrange the fruit in a bowl. Add scoops of lemon and mango sorbet, scatter over basil leaves and serve.
3. Coconut yogurt and summer fruit sandwiches
Stir just enough coconut milk yogurt through the fruit to coat. Sandwich between coconut biscuits and serve.
