TO MAKE AT HOME:
1. Coconut and exotic fruit cheesecake pot
Crumble granola into a small pot. Top with a dollop of coconut milk yogurt then a layer of exotic fruit. Squeeze over lime juice to serve.
2. Exotic fruit salad with zesty lime cream
Whisk cream, a squeeze of lime juice and pinch of icing sugar to soft peaks. Spoon onto a plate with the fruit then garnish with lime zest.
3. Exotic fruit, chilli, mint and lime salad
Arrange the fruit on a plate. Scatter over finely chopped red chilli and mint leaves then finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
